We're always interested in meeting people who share our interest in eating, drinking, acting silly and restaurant drudgery. Professionalism, culinary instinct and natural work ethic are key to any successful application. Everyone is welcome at Little Piggy Catering and people of all backgrounds, races and genders, including new and aspiring Canadians are welcome to apply (must be legally entitled to work in Canada). We're always interested in skilled people, especially Cooks, but not limited to kitchen helpers, banquet servers etc..., please email us with your resume and a note of introduction. Rates of pay at Little Piggy currently range from $18-$30/hr. Most positions are permanent and we do not have seasonal lay offs. Unlike many caterers we do not auto-grat our customers. We instead provide a higher rate of pay when staff work onsite at events. Any cash gratuities provided on site are distributed among the staff present at the event. We offer an extended medical package for employee who work a minimum 25 hours a week. That package includes medical, dental, visions, limited disability and travel coverage. Overtime and travel time is compensated and mileage for use of personal vehicles is available.
