Dear Christabel and Patrick,
Well, what can I say - the 60s party was a smashing success. I think everyone had a fantastic time.
You and your team were stellar - canapés were delicious, bang on style for our 60s theme, and there was plenty to go around (& some to spare for lunch today).Thank you Patrick for taking the helm and getting the show underway. I was so grateful for the help that Alison and Kirk provided. Alison totally took the pressure off, and the Madmen Cocktail Bar was a huge hit, and Alison and Kirk were both a great fit for our party.
Really, really great job guys, thank you so much. Not sure when we'll do a party on this scale again, but when we do, you're now my "go to".

I just wanted to send a quick note to rave about the food and about Rebecca. The food was amazing and Rebecca was great at every turn. We've been snacking on leftovers all day - we started with tuna tataki at 7am - and trying some things we didn't get to try last night. We missed out completely on some of the favourites, but our guests obviously enjoyed them.

It's been far too long, and this is far overdue!! I'm just putting a thank-you card in the mail for you, but wanted to send you this great image we have from the wedding. You guys absolutely ROCKED our wedding. Rave reviews from everyone and you delivered exactly what Rob & I wanted. As we said, food is most important to us . . . and the experience you created is a huge part of our wedding memories. A million times thank-you. Hi,
You did the catering for my August 17 wedding last summer at the union pacific coffee shop with fuego events. The food was so unbelievable amazing and I really just cant thank you enough for how special and just perfect you and your staff help to make our wedding. Your cooks even took the time to redo our menu a little right on the spot when the found out one of our guests had celiac disease and could not have gluten. They took great care in preparing her separate plates and making sure she had plenty to eat.
Our anniversary is coming up and I was wondering if it would be possible to get some of the amazing carrot cake you made to surprise my husband for our anniversary. And if it is possible how much would it cost to have it shipped to Chicago?
I have attached some pictures of our cake and reception. Your food looks amazing in some of these and perhaps you might want to use them for your website or in testimonials. You guys are just awesome.

Hi Christabel,
All I can say is wow. Your husband and his team were absolutely fantastic
on Saturday night!! Not only was the food outstanding (I had SO many
compliments on it!) but as you obviously heard, Patty put together a
gorgeous wedding cake on the fly, out of nowhere, using only the
ingredients he could get his hands on, and everyone was blown away. I was
so impressed, I went and grabbed the photographer and asked her to please
capture some of the magic, so I will definitely be sending you those
photos, when I get my hands on them! For now, I think I better get some
sleep... but thank you, thank you, thank you!! We love Little Piggy!!

Thank you so much for a memorable meal! I’ve been receiving nothing but rave reviews about the food and many are emailing and asking for your name which I’ve happily passed on. And I want to thank Sarah for being the wonderful, reassuring voice on the other end of the phone. The staff who served were professional and considerate. I will recommend Little Piggy to anyone looking for a caterer. The only suggestion that some guests made was that the courses could’ve been served a little faster, but I guess you can’t rush great food!

Hey Everyone,
I want to thank you again for yesterday. I was high and dry without refreshments or lunch because of a mistake at this end and you guys somehow managed to put together food for 55 people and get it over here without anyone knowing the difference. Not only that, the food was FABULOUS. I will definitely order from you again and would recommend your service to anyone.

Oh my gosh, Thank you so much!
Next time (and after your reviews that should be fairly soon) I will have to get you to meet me in the lobby. We have had a problem in the past where whomever hosts the meetings happening before one that we have organized, goes to clean up and "accidently" cleans up plates of freshly ordered food from our caterer!!!! It's really silly but as my desk this morning is proof, people generally get really really excited for left overs!
So yes, please thank Patrick so much for his delivery, I sincerely appreciate it, and all of your patience in working with us. I assure you it won't be as tedious next time!
I must commend you on putting your tag on the basket and your urn... good idea!
My next meeting is on November 27th, and we will definately consider you for our luncheon!

Hi Christabel:
I just wanted to give you some feedback on the catering orders you provided for the Ministry of Education today.
All the feedback I received on the lunch salads was very positive. I personally had the vegetarian salad and found it to be delicious!
The morning baked goods were scrumptious, nutritious and obviously fresh from the oven, as they were still warm!
The assortment of lunch desserts were perfect, and again, delicious.
The special attention to the "no dairy" person was very much appreciated.
The delivery was punctual, and hot items were still hot and cold items were still cold.
We were impressed by the quality and originality of all the food and will definitely use "Little Piggy" again in the future.
