Rates of pay at Little Piggy currently range from $18-$30/hr. Most positions are permanent and we do not have seasonal lay offs. Unlike many caterers we do not auto-grat our customers. We instead provide a higher rate of pay when staff work onsite at events. Any cash gratuities provided on site are distributed among the staff present at the event. We offer an extended medical package for employee who work a minimum 25 hours a week. That package includes medical, dental, visions, limited disability and travel coverage. Overtime and travel time is compensated and mileage for use of  personal vehicles is available.

Tasks
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Hire food service staff
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Prepare food order summaries for chef
Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
Establish work schedules
